How can I get technical support?

For demo-users, we provide online and email support through our helpdesk. Please consult the knowledgebase of our helpdesk to find an answer to your question first. What are the minimum Hardware requirements for using RicherMe?

Minimum hardware requirements are:
- Pentium 166 MHz or higher
- 50 MB free hard disk space
- 32 MB RAM
- 800*600 screen resolution
- 256 colours
- internet connection (optional)

Can I use RicherMe Software in other countries than the UK?

At this stage, RicherMe is a UK-based software and is not yet localised (i.e. currencies, terms, languages, date formats, etc.) for other countries. Nothing stops you from purchasing and using RicherMe in other countries. However, you will not be able to change the currency into your own.

Can I use RicherMe for my business?

If you operate a small service business and you are not VAT registered, you can use it. You can set up separate records for your business expenses and income. Also, you can set up a record for customers owing you money to make sure you get your money.

No, you do not need any knowledge of bookeeping for using RicherMe. Also, we us simple language and avoid jargon as far as possible

Do the workshops require the use of the RicherMe Software?

We are a privately owned company selling training and software tools to help people managing their money better, gain more confidence and freedom. Workshop One of Discover a RicherMe does not require the purchase of RicherMe. ANY type of record keeping/ money management system can and should be used to implement learning. It hugely contributes to your motivation of using and the effective use of money management tools. This workshop does not try to sell you anything and is impartial. You are not required to sign up for any other workshops either. Workshops Two and Three requires the purchase of the RicherMe Software.

What are the main differences to other financial skills training programmes

We believe that long term impact of training and the boosting of confidence of participants needs to come from the inside out. Thoughts lead to decisions, decisions lead to actions and actions lead to habits. This is the very reason why old habits die hard. Our taining exposes the influences on financial decision making (financial awareness) resulting in a greater freedom. It provides tools to give decision making a purposeful direction and to achieve financial and other goals. This prepares a fertile soil in which correctly applied skills will have an abandoned harvest. The skills training provides an understanding of how money works and how it can be increased.

What is the level of the training?

The training gives partipants opportunity to explore basic principles of financial management. They are simple, easy to understand and powerful. However, it takes focus, dicipline, and persistance to reap rewards. Tools for planning and self-motivation are therefore provided. The training delivery is adjusted to learners' needs.
