The front screen is your control room. It has lists of all your records and files. Clicking individual records or files give you quick access to graphical and table overviews of your transactions.
The central control panel is for easy recording. All you need to know is whether
- it is money you received from an external source (money in)
- you spent money (money out) or
- you moved money between bank accounts and cards. Its that simple!
All 3 types of transactions are recorded in the same way as seen here. The amount input field has a convenient calculator which is particularly helpful when separating different types of expenses on a shopping receipt. All other fields have pick-lists speeding up the capturing process of your transactions.
There are a couple of Wizards to guide, help and speed up your setting up process. They are optional. One of which is shown here.
To save you time, you can set up fixed amount transactions that re-occur regularly or schedule transactions that you would like to be reminded of. Before they become due, you will be asked whether you would like RicherMe to process the transaction.
